Interesting collage work from Richard Russell. No photoshop here, just found imagery, bees wax and lots of experimenting. I never thought to continue loading the same sheet of paper back into an inkjet printer! Brilliant! Thanks to Shelley (guest blogger over at A Print a Day)!
Love this series! New York-based artist Douglas Goldberg covers everyday objects beneath drape-like coverings sculpted from stone. Each of the concealed items, ranging from night-lights to a pill bottle, symbolize one of Goldberg’s personal fears. See more images from “Shroud” below or on display at Ulterior Gallery until February 26th.
Line-us is an adorably compact robotic arm that draws what you draw! Outfitted with a usb connection and wifi capabilities, simply place the machine on a piece of paper and the little guy will replicate anything you draw on screen.
Creators Durrell Bishop and Robert Poll are just as keen for people use the technology to share drawings between friends, family and a larger Line-us community! Check out more images and watch their ambitious Kickstarter video below!
