The Photographic Dictionary
“The Photographic Dictionary is dedicated to defining words through the literal, figurative, and personal meanings found in each photograph.” – The Photographic Dictionary.

The project was created by Netherland’s Lindley Warren. The photos here are ones that my friend Jennilee Marigomen contributed to the project. This first one is her favourite (and mine too) – it is the photo for the word, Lost. If you are a photographer, they are currently accepting submissions! Head on over there.

I found Jennilee on Flickr and have been following her work ever since… she has an incredible eye to discover the fantastic in the landscape of the everyman…
Ugh. I hate it when designers use graphics to render all the text for a web site. Ever hear of font-family: Garamond? Slow load times. No ability to resize the tiny type. Must be a nightmare to maintain.
Pretty photos though.
