Due to several email requests we are extending the deadline to submit footage for our Choir Of Young Believers’ music video (Project #8)! You now have until July 7th.

You may submit tapes/CDs/DVDs via snail mail (address here) or upload footage to Youtube/Vimeo and email the link. Everyone overseas (shooting PAL) must upload the footage to Youtube/Vimeo and email the link.

Music Video: GTA “Red Lips feat. Sam Bruno (Skrillex Remix)”

We’ve got a contender for music video of the year! Director Grant Singer takes a page out of the Nabil playbook in this surreal visual for Skrillex’s remix of GTA’s “Red Lips”. Fantastic set and costume design here; a terrific follow up to Skrillex and Singer’s “Burial” video, both of which feature the bone-breaking choreography and dancing of Brooklyn’s Adedamola Orisagbemi (better known as Ringmaster Nugget). You’ll wanna watch this one twice.

Amazing Collaborative Drawing Performance Between Human Artist and Robot Arm


“Drawing Operations” is an ongoing collaboration between New York-based artist Sougwen Chung and a robotic arm called Drawing Operations Unit: Generation 1, (D.O.U.G._1). Together the two draw in synchronized performance, with D.O.U.G. mimicking Chung’s movements in real time using a ceiling-mounted camera and computer vision. The arm was designed in collaboration with developer Yotam Mann.
