The Twelves are comin’ to town!!!! These guys have pumped out some of my favourite remixes of the past couple years and many are calling them the next Daft Punk. I’m not sure about the comparison but their glorious BBC Essential Mix speaks for itself. I’m giving away two tickets to their Feb 4th show here in Vancouver, who wants them?
“Fight For Your Right Revisited” is like my wildest fantasy come to life. The short film, written and directed by Adam Yauch, is showing at Sundance and has the most insane cast EVER. For starters Mike D, Ad-Rock, and MCA will be played by two sets of actors: Seth Rogen, Elijah Wood, and Danny McBride as one set, and John C Reilly, Will Ferrell, and Jack Black as another.
The rest of the cast list just might give you a heart attack!
“Love Lost” by Temper Trap. An absolute stunner of a music video from this past year that I managed to not see until now. Fantastic ending.
