I’ve loved SOKO ever since I heard her song, “I’ll Kill Her” never had I heard something as endearingly honest and admittedly jealous as that – I knew then that I’d like her.

All of her songs feel like a glimpse into her daily journal – however contradictory or imperfect. That’s why I loved this video shot in collaboration with Yours Truly and Levis. She performed “How Are You” and talked about her commitment to raising awareness about water conservation. She invited a few friends out into the desert to harmonize and braid each other’s hair. Y’know, girl stuff.
