Beijing Silvermine – Thomas Sauvin

Beijing Silvermine - Thomas Sauvin
Thomas Sauvin salvages photo negatives from Beijing’s trash and has accumulated over 500,000 images. A Chinese artist named Lei Lei found out about Thomas’ project, and was so touched by the images, he asked if he could use them to make an animation. Watch until the end, it’s worth it!
