Luke Ramsey Mural in Vancouver

Artist Luke Ramsey recently came to Vancouver to paint a little mural in Strathcona. If you wanna go see it, it’s on the side of Savoury Chef’s building (1175 Union St), right on the bike route.

I went out there with a few times during the week, with a little camera, to put together a qiuck edit of the mural process. The words “Joy So Zo Love Yanum” appear abstractly in the mural as a tribute to Luke’s friend who passed away.

Great job, Jeff!! This clip was very well put together; sorry to hear about the loss of his friend but overall it is a kind tribute to him..

This really makes me wonder just how beautiful the streets of Vancouver must be..

    • thank you!

to be honest vancouver could use a lot more art, hopefully this helps keep the ball rolling
