[John F. Kennedy; April 27, 1961] “For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence: on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly-knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised.”

  • For this particular speaker? Gotta go with John Lydon – The Rabbit Song!

Nice electronic low end to break this gorgeous speaker in, some great English punk swag in those vox, and, of course, thematic relevancy! It looks like the song those rabbits would be listening to. Actually, that would be the sweetest music video, those rabbits driving around listening to this song and causing some carrot-induced antics.

Funny that you ask, I still remember the day my father replaced his costum built, moving box sized, speakers for a pair of, at the time, tiny Bose speakers in the early nineties. And I still remember him pushing in the Whitney CD and saying ‘this is the best produced pop song I know’ before playing ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’. So for the memory of Whitney, my father and to pass on the family rituals to my little boys, I would definately chose the same song.
