I think I owe my mailman a beer, sorry bro! You have until the end of April to submit to Small Victories. Do it, do it.
Envelopes continue to show up for our Small Victories project and I am more and more amazed at the work being submitted. It is going to be a fun show! You have two more weeks to submit!
Brad Troemel’s latest project with Lauren Christiansen is as much an art piece as it is an art show. An Immaterial Survey of Our Peers is a series of images of an exhibition that never took place. The work in the show has been composited into images of an empty gallery. A lot of Troemel’s work, most notably his blog Jogging, raises questions about our physical interaction with art in a digital age. The images below appear to be documentations of physical objects but it is the images themselves that are the final products.

My pal Robert Mearns just released this amazing t-shirt for ION Magazine. Does anyone outside of Vancouver know who Expo Ernie is?
Thank you thank you thank you Lia Grainger, for the huge feature in yesterday’s National Post newspaper.
