Russ Mills
Great mixed media work by illustrator Russ Mills. Kinda like Ian Francis with a sprinkle of Jackson Pollock (I never knew about this site! I could waste so much time here). Love this stuff.

Ryan Cashman takes light drawing one step further. Brilliant animation of piano player made of light! Love the little character. Hopefully down the road there will be enough interest to make some of the monthly projects, video projects. Click more to view Ryan’s video.
I wish I could tell you that Cenci Goepel and Jens Warnecke created these images specifically for Booooooom Project #2 but the truth is these two have been at it for quite some time. Take a look at their stunning light drawings.
I’ve dug up some great illustrations by Matt Taylor for you today. Matt is from the UK and according to my google analytics so are a lot of you, so I’d just like to say – WASSUP EUROPE – I see you.
You might remember me saying that I am a huge fan of Jeremyville’s comic for Mumble Magazine. Well, Jeremy just hit me up with some exciting news (especially for you New Yorkers). Jeremy’s got a Dunny coming out with Kidrobot and the imagery is all based around a nightmare. The best part is he sent me the comic poster that comes packaged with the toy to preview for all you guys! So here it is, nobody has seen this little guy yet:
Click HERE to see the comic WAAAY BIGGER and then hit “more” to have a look at the toy…
Reasons not to become a “crate digger” (people, often djs, who live to rummage through old record bins in search of elusive records) as illustrated by Stefan Glerum. When I look at these drawings I can’t help but hear Showbiz and AG in my head – “I’m down with the crew called Diggin’ in the Crates!” Love the rendering style and the way the text is handled.
Draw your own face with your eyes closed! There are two different ways to interpret this. Instructions and submission form here.
More great work from Australia, this time in the form of mixed-media illustrations by Kelly Smith.
