Big congratulations to Campbell and company, a decade is a massive accomplishment. Their magazine was one of my biggest influences when I started Booooooom and when readers ask me about other sites to check out Monster Children is still one of the first I mention.
Take a look inside the book below!
This week’s giveaway comes from one of the first supporters of Booooooom, Monster Children. My Australian friends have been expanding, they recently moved part of their operation to LA, and now they’re shipping from within Canada too!
So we’re gonna hook up 4 of you with subscriptions! The first issue you’ll get is this one, which features original artwork by Mark Gonzales.
If you’d like this mag to start magically appearing at your door, leave a comment below with a link to your favourite post on Booooooom from 2013 so far!
The incredible Monster Children Photo Issue just landed on my doorstep!!! I have been following this Australia-based magazine (and gallery) for a long time now, and they had a big influence on the way I designed Booooooom. If I had my own magazine, this issue would make me want to put C4 in my trunk and drive through the front window of my warehouse. Many magazines out there need to take notes or give up. This it how it should be done!
