Little White Lies and colette have teamed up to celebrate this year’s Cannes Film Festival with a selection of iconic film posters re-imagined by contemporary illustrators.
“Fight For Your Right Revisited” is like my wildest fantasy come to life. The short film, written and directed by Adam Yauch, is showing at Sundance and has the most insane cast EVER. For starters Mike D, Ad-Rock, and MCA will be played by two sets of actors: Seth Rogen, Elijah Wood, and Danny McBride as one set, and John C Reilly, Will Ferrell, and Jack Black as another.
The rest of the cast list just might give you a heart attack!
Albert Birney and Jon Moses are making a film called, “The Beast Pageant”. There’s something about it that reminds me of Ray Tintori’s film “Death To The Tinman” (and that’s a good thing).

I finally figured out why the Flight of the Conchords album artwork is so awesome. It is because Tyler Stout illustrated it – AKA the guy who made that insane poster for John Carpenter’s The Thing – AKA the greatest movie poster in the history of mankind.
