Minneapolis music & film collective MPLS.tv just premiered a beautiful video for Andrew Bird’s “Danse Caribe” on Pitchfork.tv for Bird’s upcoming full length, “Break It Yourself”. Director Dan Huiting – the man behind many Bon Iver videos took sweeping arial shots of the Midwest wilderness. If you enlarge the video on your screen you can almost get the sense that you’re flying. Which I will not do, because I’m afraid of heights. Watch below.

The folks at Polaroid were out at the Pitchfork Festival a couple weeks ago and shot some cool portraits, including this one of Neon Indian. Even cooler than that they also hooked me up with a camera and a pack of film to give to you guys, so I was thinking we could have a little contest! What do ya say?
