Artist Ian Strange has recreated his childhood home and installed it in front of the Art Gallery of South Australia. The house is half buried in the ground as if it just fell right out of the sky. More images below.
Artist Janet Echelman, known for her beautiful large outdoor sculptures made of nets, is set to install her largest work to date in Vancouver! She is personally borrowing funds to cover the cost of installing the work and a non-profit called Burrard Arts Foundation has stepped in to try and help her make this sculpture a reality.

Love these “headphones” by sound artist Zimoun, once again ulitizing motors, cardboard boxes, and cotton balls. This is sorta the complete opposite of the last work I posted by him (329 cotton balls inside an abandoned tank in Switzerland).
