Spoke NYC is celebrating the return of Twin Peaks with “In Dreams”, an art show tribute to director David Lynch. 50+ Artists Pay Tribute to the Films of Hayao Miyazaki

The Miyazaki Art Show is an upcoming group exhibition at the Spoke Art gallery in San Francisco. Featuring over 50 artists from around the world, all of the unique work on display is inspired by the imaginative universe of renowned Japanese animator Hayao Miyazaki and his classic Studio Ghibli films.

The show opens February 4th and runs until February 25th. There will likely be lines out the door for this one so if you’re planning to attend the opening reception, dress up as your favourite Miyazaki character and you’ll get priority access to the show! More images from the show below.

The 4th Annual Supersonic Invitational group show opens tomorrow, Saturday, January 10th at Spoke Art Gallery in San Francisco. The show features new work from over 60 international artists, curated by Zach Tutor. The same Zach Tutor that is guest contributing for us right now (see his posts so far). He’s way too humble to post about his own show, so I’m doing it for him! If you live out that way, definitely go check it out, it’s gonna be fantastic.
