The first issue of File Magazine was so good that my expectations were really high for the second issue. I am happy to report this ain’t no sophomore slump! Issue #2 includes a DVD with over 3 hours of short films, music videos and documentaries!
Not too long ago I mentioned Joanna Newsom’s The Sprout and the Bean and shortly after that I got an email from the video’s director, Ian Kibbey! He is a regular reader of this site and directs videos with his partner Corey Creasey, under the name Terri Timely. They just finished a little short called Synesthesia and it’s brilliant.
