The project reimagines community design by introducing linear circulations to counter privatized urban trends with multiple spatial layers. It features welcoming public spaces, accessible from all sides. The community consists of three layers: ten apartment buildings forming the private layer, plinths housing a residents-only pool park, and ground-level areas combining playgrounds, sports courts, and a sky-loop into a public park with a hanging garden.
