This collection is fantastic! They are all so interesting. Thanks so much for including mine.
Thank you so much for this project, really beautiful idea and results.
AWESOME!!!!! Man, what a collection!
Now go and join the stick boats group on Flickr and continue your unfinished and infinite journey
Lenny’s is my absolute favorite! I love how it looks like that tiny boat has so much ambition to conquer such huge waves ahead! Its beautiful!
yeah! the boat and the picture (maybe because of the short depth of field) reminds me of the Where the Wild Things Are film!
ALL GORGEOUS.
Awesome stuff. Thanks for including my boat.
love you jeff!
Fantastic !
these are so gorgeous! great project!
The project idea and all the delightful responses made my day.
Simply, amazing.
this is my favorite booooooom entry ever!
deff the best boooooooom! I’m gonna make one now…
My little drifter email got bounced back to me
really? did you try again?
Looks like fun I’ll have to try this next I go fishing.
Hi,
I just found your site and was so excited and inspired by the wonderful creations people made. I loved every one of the little boats. You’ve really had a great idea with this project; it really touched my heart. My husband and I are nature artists and just love it when people work with nature and just create like kids again. So much imagination! You had such a great response from people all over the world! I just had so much fun looking at every single boat. My favorite was the one with the bee following it…..that would make a wonderful children’s book story.
My husband and I make furniture and houses from nature and people and animals, too. I hope you’ll visit my site sometimes. Would love to know what you think. Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful project! I love it!!
Debbie and Mike Schramer
glad you enjoyed it debbie – yes i would love to see the bee one become a little story! the houses you build are amazing!
Merci
Hey when I was looking at all these magnificent creations I thought I saw a little fairy at the rudder…but now I can’t find it… or what?
