I love this melancholic series of empty pools by photographer J Bennett Fitts called, No Lifeguard On Duty.
Wow. love bennett-fitts early morning contemplation… which somehow even relates to my all time favourite film “aquarena” by josef dabernig and isabella hollauf (both are independent viennese film makers)
check them on
Makes me think how fun some of these pools would be to ride a skateboard in :)
I need to know the locations!

Just a word: COOL!
I really like the second one, and the pool that’s filled with grass!

yeah, these are great… the pool with the grass is a wicked shot!
they’re all perfect!
very cool project
oh my god i love these. i want to hang them all over my house.
Third one remind me somehow to one that appeared on Dexter, the serie.
some of these images look like they are from the Salton Sea in California…a gold mine for these types of photographs
my kind of photography :) love the desolate surrounding landscapes.
