Drawings by Geoffrey Chadsey.
Sooooo good. I love how well he retains elements of realism but also takes the work in his own, very stylized direction.
I’ve always thought this was what stress and intense emotion felt like– your face splits and twists and merges with another face. Though most these guys don’t look too intense, so that’s just me.
Love the wood grain like patterns on the skin!
Love the play on the masculine and female duality! something about these address the way we view our selves and our bodies and how the boundaries of gender is blurred
