Love these paintings by Delphine Courtillot. I learned from her bio that she was born in France and studied at the same school I attended, here in Vancouver.
Murmur, a fantastic series of photographs by Richard Barnes.
I once captured a similar flock of birds flying above a hotel near my house with my video camera. They swarmed around and formed a perfect circle, and then broke off into two separate ghost-like shapes revolving around each other. Eventually they all landed in one really small tree. It was amazing. I found that tape earlier this year, and half of what I just described had been taped over.
Love these illustrations from Courtney Reagor’s sketchbook. I found her work after she left a comment on a recent post, so just a bit of proof that I do read all your comments and visit your links.
Artwork by Andrew Gordon (most of which is quite colourful, but I really liked these drawings). My holga is collecting dust on my shelf too!
