Andrew Bird’s video for Eyeoneye premiered over at Etsy and it’s an animated interpretation of that magic that goes on inside (and outside) the human body. Director, Yu “Ewan” Morita was inspired by elements of texture, black and white and spaces inside and outside the body. Towards the end it gets trippy, watching how everything becomes interconnected, the Universe is in Andrew Bird and Andrew Bird is in the Universe. Think about it.

Andrew Bird / Danse Caribe


Minneapolis music & film collective MPLS.tv just premiered a beautiful video for Andrew Bird’s “Danse Caribe” on Pitchfork.tv for Bird’s upcoming full length, “Break It Yourself”. Director Dan Huiting – the man behind many Bon Iver videos took sweeping arial shots of the Midwest wilderness. If you enlarge the video on your screen you can almost get the sense that you’re flying. Which I will not do, because I’m afraid of heights. Watch below.
