I’d like to see Jiro’s reaction to this video of Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada deconstructing a McDonalds Big Mac and rolling it up like sushi. If you’re taking notes at home he adds tomato, avocado, BBQ sauce, and spicy mayo.
