Rise & Shine: Free All-Ages Music Showcases and Workshops

Heads up Vancouver! Rise & Shine is coming to Fortune Sound Club on February 25 and 26, bringing two days of musical inspiration and education to our city. The free, all-ages event will feature showcases of some of Vancouver’s top talent and workshops for artists within R&B, rap and dance music scenes.

Rise & Shine is the brainchild of our good friend, dj/producer Matt “Kutcorners” Perry, and Nancy Lee who is the co-founder of electronic music/art collective, Chapel Sound. The two hope to celebrate and strengthen the music scene in Vancouver and put the funding available to Canadian music artists to good use.

Rise & Shine is free and open to all ages — if you’re interested you must register to mark your attendance.
