Pictoplasma returns to Berlin May 2-6! As always, the festival focuses on contemporary character design and features artist talks, exhibitions and animation screenings with leading artists from around the world. The animated characters in this post were all created for Pictoplasma’s recent Character Stare Down project, and offer a little taste of the upcoming event. I’d love to go to this even just to see Encylopedia Pictura and Smithe speak.
