Spoke Art presents the latest iteration of the Moleskine Project at Hashimoto Contemporary in San Franscisco. Co-curated by Los Angeles-based artist Rodrigo Luff, who originally conceived of the show as a tribute to the role of sketchbooks in the growth and development of artists, The Moleskine Project VIII features over 50 artists pushing the limits of what is possible within the small bound format. The result, in Luff’s words, is “an energetic visual dialogue of imagery,” something of “a collective sketchbook that allows us to appreciate the radically individual approach taken by each artist.”
