Johann Husser is a Russian-born photographer currently living and working in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. His series “Our Only True Life Is In The Future” is a seamless compilation of photographs taken by Husser juxtaposed with found images to create a hypothetical vision of the future. Husser explains:
“Drawing material from my own photographic stock and also from the free archive of NASA, the project not only questions scientific progress and transports the viewer into a dystopian place, but also opens a dialogue between the two photographic languages.”
