“Petrichor” by Artist Jean Jullien

A collection of contemplative paintings by artist Jean Jullien (previously featured here). The term “Petrichor” refers to the earthy smell that follows the first rain after a period of dry weather. Jullien’s new show similarly explores the sense experience of simple pleasures. See more images below or on display at Alice Gallery in Brussels until January 11, 2020.
