Originally from Poland, editorial and fine art photographer Marzena Skubatz now splits her time between Berlin, Germany and Iceland. She has travelled to a myriad of remote and inaccessible places around the world to document unspoiled landscapes. Her work is inspired by her deep, personal connection to nature and she is interested in the intimate lives and persistence of people living in isolated places and the notion of home in communities facing ecological dislocation.
