Ruth Baldry is a Suffolk, UK-based photographer. Her work is driven by a curiosity about non-traditional lifestyles and people who choose to swim against the current of conformity. After being awarded a travel bursary, Baldry was given the opportunity to pursue a project abroad. Following her interest in sustainable living, Baldry traveled to Portugal, where she lived and worked at an eco-community, photographing its inhabitants and the surrounding communities.
