A selection of work by Los Angeles-based creative duo Giorgiko (jee-OR-jee-koh) aka Darren and Trisha Inouye. Graduates of ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, Darren and Trisha are the co-directors/owners of Rainbow Art — a visual arts school for children and adults. Their collaborative venture began in 2012 and the resulting Giorgiko universe involves a plethora of narrative compositions that combine minimal character illustration with large-scale classical painting. Their artwork often explores themes of longing, fear or wonder with regard to everyday life and universal human experiences. Check out more from Giorgiko below!
