A selection of paintings by Seattle-based artist Laurie Lee Brom. Having grown up in the historical town of Charleston, South Carolina, Brom’s imagination has always been informed by the local ghost stories and folk tales of the swampy Low County. Her work today carries with it a similar fairy folk spirit, as her portraits play with auras of mystery and enchantment.
