Based in Wrocław, Poland, Jakub Jakobiszyn is an artist, photographer, and filmmaker. With an eye for the unusual, he uses his camera to immortalize scenes that he describes as “aesthetically unique,” paying special attention to composition and color. In addition to his photo work, Jakobiszyn has also many made music videos and co-created various other projects. His work has been exhibited internationally, and he released his first photobook, “this,” with Pomegranate Press at the end of 2019. He is currently in progress on a new photobook, which is slated to be released in 2022.
