On view September 3rd-24th at Harman Projects, New York, “Evanescent Splendor,” is a solo exhibition by Barcelona-based artist Miss Van. Over the past several decades, Miss Van has established herself as one of the world’s preeminent street artists, traveling the globe, painting murals and exhibiting her paintings in galleries and museums. “Evanescent Splendor,” featuring 19 new paintings and drawings focused on her signature female forms, which she calls her “muses,” will be her first New York City solo exhibition in more than ten years.
