A selection of work by artist Mosaz. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York City, Mosaz’s drawings are based on a recognition and pride in Asian identity. They also explore the tension between real life and an illusory world that encompasses Mosaz’s views on life and death as well as the loss and rediscovery of one’s self:

“Every drawing is a process of quarrelling with myself that I am creating a world without logic but with order, where I have an opportunity to feel safe for facing up to myself.”
