A selection of new work from self-taught artist Eliot Greenwald. Currently based in Ashfield, Massachusetts, “Weller Known Facts” is a collection of imaginative works that draw from the natural and supernatural worlds of science fiction. Transporting us to a lush habitat decidedly lacking a strong human presence, Greenwald’s colourful tableaus offer a respite from the realities of our present world. Here humanity is reduced to the role of passenger, blending into the background of a new world where the landscape has reclaimed its dominance and the focus of our attention.
