Artist Spotlight: Laura Garcia Karras

A poetic reflection on time and natural forms by painter Laura Garcia Karras. Trained at La Cambre in Brussels and Beaux Arts in Paris, Garcia Karras defines her artwork as silent spaces created over long periods of time. She spent her childhood painting still lifes before discovering abstraction. Her work has been exhibited in Paris, Brussels, London, Shanghai, Beirut and Tokyo. She took part in the “Abstraction” group show with Taymour Grahne Projects last month.
