A selection of recent work by American artist Eric White (previously featured here). Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, White attended Rhode Island School of Design and is currently based between Los Angeles and New York City. His paintings often reference 20th century film, music, and pop culture. While reflecting a collective consciousness, White simultaneously gestures toward realities that exist beyond our perception — subtly subverting and recoding the dominant narratives of contemporary society.
