Paintings by artist Amy Erickson. Erickson creates prismatic drawings, paintings, and collages from direct observation and imagination. Her more recent body of work is a series of medium to large-scale figure paintings that thread together themes of intimacy, reflection, and change. Through perceptual painting and compositional invention, Erickson attempts to dislodge assumptions about what we see and how we experience these themes.
