“Rooted in Resilience” by Artist Conrad P Clarke

New paintings by UK-based artist Conrad P Clarke. Currently living and working in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, Clarke’s paintings explore the resilient beauty of plants in the often overlooked corners of a landscape. He conveys the delicate complexity of plants by layering colours and building intricate patterns. Reimagining the natural world through a contemporary lens, Clarke honours its details while also using a restricted colour palette to impart a dream-like quality.

Conrad P Clarke’s solo show “Rooted in Resilience” is currently on show at Spring gallery in Cheltenham until May 10th.
