Terms and Conditions

• Open to all—no purchase necessary.
• The giveaway will be open from June 9, 2025 to July 8, 2025.
• To enter, either:
  • Complete the full form here, or
  • Comment on the designated Instagram post here.
• Four winners will be selected for the “Lifetime Subscription”, two from the form entries and one from Instagram. Plus, two “1 Year Subscription” winners will be selected from Instagram.
• You may enter multiple times on Instagram. Only one form entry per person is allowed.
• Winners will be contacted within 21 days of the giveaway closing.
• Entry includes opting into Format and Booooooom’s mailing lists—you can opt out anytime.
• Winners will have 90 days to launch their website once given access to their free website. The site does not need to be complete, but it must be in good enough shape to share publicly as part of the Format x Booooooom promotional campaign. Sites not ready within this timeframe may void the prize.
  Format’s “Lifetime subscription” website offered in the prize is subject to the same terms and conditions of all Format accounts and is non-transferable.
• The term “lifetime subscription” indicates that the recipient will be charged $0/year on their Format account for the period of time that Format is extant and offering website service. If Format’s service offer changes, this negates the offer outlined in this prize. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. If the account is not active in a six-month period, Format reserves the right to close the account. Offer may not be assigned, exchanged, sold, transferred or combined with any other discount or offer, or redeemed for cash or other goods and services.
