108 Buddhas (2026) is a 140 × 140 cm painting in oil and texture paste on linen canvas. I build the image through repeated blue robes, while individual faces and gestures emerge from the crowd. Raised folds catch the light and make the surface almost sculptural. Ultramarine brings a sense of calm and connection to a composition filled with distinct presences. The full view and detail shown here are photographs of the same physical painting. I work under the name Hazart, exploring inner experience through the human figure, colour and tactile surfaces.
