Alina Puccio (b. 2001, Syracuse, NY) is a painter whose work investigates the tensions of early desire, secrecy, and power. She received her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2024. Raised in the rural suburbs by a single mother alongside her sister, she came of age in an era of unrestricted digital access, where self-discovery unfolded in hidden spaces—both online and in the dim glow of childhood bedrooms. Her paintings capture the fleeting, unspoken moments of adolescent intimacy, where sexuality is rehearsed before it is understood.
