Beach Goth is a culmination of feelings about the love for the ocean and sub cultures. There’s a feeling of freeness that exists in the waves that also exists in spaces where people are allowed to express themselves and validate marginalized voices. Growing up in Los Angeles I’ve been able to experience the intense beauty of the ocean while navigating my identity in alternative spaces and I find that the sea keeps me grounded.
