Caravaggesque lights fighting pollution

The "fil rouge" linking and summarizing my project, continuing over time, are the lights and the red colour that characterizes Caravaggio's painting, bringing it back to everyday reality, to the dramatic problem of pollution, to the climate crisis of the planet that I feel so deeply. Thus the face of a man, reminiscent of certain 17th century depositions, now revisited in my daily life becomes a face suffocated by plastic. "Fragments of photographs" recompose a painting with Caravaggesque lights in a modern key, the flow of the drama of our times where a duck is caged in a deadly net but the plastic Cinderella bottle is transformed into a precious Bohemian crystal. A passionate story and a synthetic metaphor about plastic in our civilization, an appeal to humanity to defend the world from pollution.
