Leão had worked as art director and illustrator in several agencies. For more than 10 years he was divided between the advertising market and his authorial work.
Since 2019 he dedicates himself totally to the visual arts.
His work is focused on love and translating feelings into visual actions. For that, the female form and the heart are used as recurring figures.
