'DO YOU REALLY KNOW ME?' is a project through which I want to discuss how we make presumptions about other people based only on their appearance, makeup, clothes, etc, before we really know them, talk to them. We are more likely to wear 'coloured glasses' to judge people in everyday life. So I let my model come back to nature, wearing half transparent coat to cover her body feature, holding coloured papers to hide her face or let the light reflect on her face. My camera is like those predetermined minds who are eager to label people, while with those coloured paper and coat hiding her physical characteristics, they never really see what they want. Through this series, I'd like people to reconsider the way they perceive about each other.
