DYSPHORIA

outside, a grey sky,
a tree, it breathes.

a door is open, empty,
behind it, nothing, the darkness.

i remain sitting there, feeling bad inside,
this skin that does not belong to me.

i change position, it changes too,
it will not change…

almost past, but i remain,
folded against myself, a stranger to myself.

i try to get up, leaning against it, a prisoner of it.

my hand touches it, one last time,
one last gesture.

the darkness has taken me,
and outside, the tree, it still breathes.
