I use faces displayed across stacked screens to examine how identity is fragmented and put back together. Close-up facial details suggest intimacy, but the apparatus that holds them also controls the view. I am interested in the moment when a person becomes an arrangement of images, and in how that arrangement changes our reading of presence. Faces of the web. belongs to my wider practice between graphic composition, constructed imagery and surreal space.
