The boundary between reality and dreams is not always clear. A false awakening occurs when a dreamer believes they have woken, only to realize they are still dreaming. This series explores that uncertain transition between sleep and wakefulness. Familiar objects and figures from daily life reappear as altered, received images: objects layered within objects, faces emerging within faces. Everything exists in a monochrome virtual space visible but impossible to touch. The photographs do not illustrate specific dreams; they reconstruct their logic, in which ordinary details become strange, and perception can no longer be trusted. What remains is a dream within a dream: a space in which I appear to be awake, without ever knowing whether I truly am.
